The RESNET Technical Committee has provided guidance on direct evaporative coolers.  They should be modeled as an evaporative cooler with a SEER 15 efficiency.  Enter the evaporative cooolers into the Cooling Library, selecting System Type "Evaporative Cooler"  Note that the SHF in this case is 1.0 (for explanation on the latter, see the context help while entering the new library component).
