Tool to work around Improvement Analysis bug in REM/Design 16.0.2. 

Download the .zip file attachment. 
Unzip it to get the program ia-criteria-fix.exe
Put ia-criteria-fix.exe on your desktop, or anyplace convenient. 
Double-click ia-criteria-fix.exe to run it. 

Use it to select any .BLG file, view the file's economic factors, change the factors if needed, and save the changes. 

You may want to save changes to a different folder or filename, to have a backup, and be able to compare before & after.
